Prior to being a Miami Beach real estate agent, I taught High School Special Education for five years, I enjoyed teaching and learned a great deal in the process. For fun, I like to ride bikes on Ocean Drive, play tennis at Flamingo Park and eat out at all of the fantastic restaurants in South Beach. My favorites are Lime and Pasha's on Lincoln Road.

More reasons I love Miami as a place to live and as an investment is the cultural activities. Each December we host the International Art Festival, Art Basel. In March, we host the Wine and Food Festival that brings great chefs from around the world to Miami Beach to offer a taste of their latest culinary creations. Except to see all of the Food Network Stars like Emeril and Rachael Ray.

In addition, we have been fortunate enough to host the Super Bowl in 2006 and 2010.

Miami Beach has almost completed the new Performing Arts Center designed by Frank Gehry and The Florida Marlins are currently building a new baseball stadium with retractable roof on the site of the legendary Orange Bowl.

Miami Beach is a great place to call home.
