Normandy Isles Miami Beach is a pair of unusually shaped land masses found to the west of the city, right next to North Bay Village and south of Biscayne Point. There's a canal that runs directly through the center creating more waterfront Normandy Isles real estate and easy navigation around the island. Although the islands are usually referred to by their collective “Normandy Isles” name, the northern island is actually Normandy Shores and is distinguished by the golf course you'll find there.
Thanks to the western location, the Normandy Isles homes have great views of Biscayne Bay as well as the skyscrapers of the downtown Miami area next door. Besides the golf course, you’ll find a number of parks on Miami Beach itself such as the North Shore Park and 64th Street Park and 53rd Street Park. The La Gorce Country Club and South Beach are also to the south of Normandy Isles and you can also use 79th Street to easily reach aforementioned downtown Miami.
