Three unusually shaped islands to the west of a certain popular barrier island make up the neighborhood better known as Biscayne Point Miami Beach. Technically there's a fourth island as well but it's significantly smaller than the other three island neighborhoods. The Biscayne Point homes are particularly appealing in that the majority of them are waterfront residences overlooking Biscayne Bay and Miami Beach. What's even better is that these homes aren't as large as those you'd find on something like Star Island so they're much more accessible to a broader range of buyers.
The homes comprising Biscayne Point real estate are divided within two “districts” called Biscayne Beach and Stillwater Drive. All of the homes fall somewhere within the category of multifamily or single family so there's a lot of diversity in terms of choice. Inside the community there's a pair of parks and much more to explore right across in Miami Beach.
